Entry Requirements for ABU DAC Admission 2025/2026

For HND Admission:

  • National Diploma (ND) in a relevant discipline with a minimum of Lower Credit.

  • At least one year of industrial training (IT) after ND.

  • Five (5) O’Level credits including English, Mathematics, Chemistry or Physics, Biology or Agricultural Science.

Some departments have additional requirements:

  • Pest Management accepts ND in Agric Technology, Bio-Environmental Engineering, or Science Lab Technology.

  • Animal Health requires ND in Animal Health & Production.

  • Home & Rural Economics accepts ND/NCE in Home Economics, Food Technology, or similar fields.

Candidates with a Pass in ND may be considered if:

  • DAC graduates have 2 years of work experience.

  • Non-DAC graduates have at least 3 years of work experience.

For ND Admission:

  • Apply through JAMB and choose the relevant DAC college.

  • If not initially selected, candidates must change institution on the JAMB portal.

  • Upload O’Level results (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB) to JAMB CAPS.

  • Possess five (5) O’Level credits, including English and Maths.
