Who Can Apply?
To be considered for admission into any of the HND Programs, candidates must meet the following criteria:
General Requirements

National Diploma (ND): You must hold an ND certificate in a related field of study.

O’Level Credits: A minimum of five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, and other relevant subjects at not more than two sittings.

Transcript Submission: Your ND transcript must be sent directly to the Registrar, PTI Effurun, by 25th August 2025. It must arrive by courier—not hand-delivered.

NBTE e-Portal Registration: Candidates are expected to first register on the NBTE e-portal before proceeding to the PTI application portal.
How to Apply for PTI HND Admission Form 2025/2026
The application process is online. Follow the steps below to apply successfully:
Step-by-Step Application Process:

Visit the PTI Website: Go to https://www.pti.edu.ng.

Navigate to Programs Menu: Click on “Programs Menu”, then choose “Higher National Diploma (HND)” and select “Apply Here”.

Create an Account: Fill in your personal details on the sign-up page and click “Sign Up”.

Generate RRR: You’ll be redirected to Remita where you can generate your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR).

Payment: Print out the RRR slip and take it to any commercial bank to pay the non-refundable application fee of ₦15,000.

Login to Complete Form: After payment, return to the portal. Click “Applicant Login” under the Students’ Menu.

Fill and Submit: Use your username and password to access the application form. Fill it out completely, then submit and print your confirmation slip.

Transcript Reminder: Don’t forget to request your ND transcript to be sent to PTI before the deadline.
